  • Modeled parts in Siemens NX and simulated in ANSYS Mechanical to find stress concentrations and safety factor.
  • Designed welded front rockers, which led to ~18.8% weight reduction while maintaining a 1.6 FoS.
  • Generated CAM toolpaths and technical drawings using GD&T to streamline the CNC process.
  • Supported the manufacturing of multi-operation wheel hubs using 3-axis CNC milling, hand-tapping, and custom soft-jaw fixtures.
